First Team

First-Team Head Coach

Lead the First Team's tactical direction, matchday decisions and overall football philosophy.

AFC A License required — AFC Pro License preferred
3–5 years' coaching at senior / professional or elite academy level

Assistant Coach

Support the Head Coach in training design, matchday preparation and squad management.

AFC A License required — AFC Pro License preferred
2–3 years' coaching at senior or elite youth level

Goalkeeping Coach

Oversee the technical, tactical and physical development of the club's goalkeepers.

AFC Goalkeeping B Diploma required — GK A Diploma preferred
2+ years coaching goalkeepers at senior or elite academy level

Strength & Conditioning Coach

Design and deliver strength, conditioning and injury-prevention programmes for the squad.

Degree in Sports / Exercise Science or a related field
NSCA-CSCS (or equivalent) certification preferred
2+ years with football or elite team-sport athletes
Skilled in periodisation, GPS / load monitoring and return-to-play

Physiotherapist

Manage injury prevention, treatment and rehabilitation for the first-team squad.

BPT / MPT — Sports Physiotherapy specialisation preferred
Registered with the IAP or State Physiotherapy Council
2+ years' clinical experience, ideally in sport or football
Sports injury management, taping and on-field emergency response
